Noise:

Developers are expecting more than 100 racers to race at the same time.**

Between practices and races, the rocketing noise levels generated by

this proposed facility will be constant every dayof the week March thru

November.

Surrounding geography will multiply the noise from the proposed site, a

plateau of a sand and gravel and with mountains on three sides.***

Today, walking on or near this proposed site (once away from the Mt. Loop

road noise) is a quiet, calming experience as many hikers, campers,

fisherman and hunters already know.***   When the motocross tracks are

completed all recreational users of this area will not only hear the roar of

100's of engines at a time, but also a public address system  reporting the

racing line up for the next race.

Scope of the proposed motocross tracks:

This proposal will rezone 435 acres, with approximately 75 acres cleared

and graded for motocross. This includes approximately 165 car parking

spaces, RV parking, roads, concessions, buildings, and grandstands.
